Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, immediately after placing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.

Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Yes. All orders are shipped in neutral packaging without visible product information or logos.
What is the delivery time?
Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1–2 business days. For Belgium, it is usually 1–3 business days.
Will I receive a Track & Trace code?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace link by email.
What happens if I'm not home?
The carrier will re-attempt delivery, deliver to a neighbor, or take it to a collection point.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have the right to register your order for return within 14 days of receipt.
Are all products returnable?
Due to hygiene, opened or used wellness and intimate products cannot be returned.
When will I receive my refund?
After receipt and inspection of the return, the amount is usually refunded within 7 business days.
